Returns:
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to return an item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Initiate a Return:

Return Instructions: Once we confirm your return request, we will provide you with a return address and further instructions.
Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged.
Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return.
Refunds:
After your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.
Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please reach out to us at Saintlystylesbrand@gmail.com. We’ll help you process the exchange if the item is still available. If the replacement item is out of stock, we can issue a refund instead.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at Saintlystylesbrand@gmail.com with photos of the damage, and we will provide you with a full refund or send you a replacement at no extra cost.
Non-returnable Items:
Gift cards, sale items, or any customized products (such as personalized t-shirts) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
